Minuscule 711

[5] The Greek text of the codex is a representative of the Byzantine text-type.

Hermann von Soden classified it to the textual family K1.

[4] The manuscript was brought by John Hext from Corfu in 1878, and given by him to Daniel Parsons, who gave it to the college as a "join gift".

[5] It was added to the list of New Testament manuscripts by Scrivener (617) and Gregory (711).

[6] At present the manuscript is housed at the Bodleian Library (Oriel College, Ms. 83) in Oxford.
