Mirosław Pych (born 15 March 1972 in Słubice) is a Paralympic athlete from Poland competing mainly in category P12 pentathlon events.

He also competed at the 1996 Summer Paralympics in Atlanta, United States.

There he won a bronze medal in the men's Javelin throw - F11-12 event.
