Missouri's 11th Senatorial District is one of 34 districts in the Missouri Senate.

The district has been represented by Republican Joe Nicola since 2025.

The district is also home to the Harry S. Truman Presidential Library and Museum, the Harry S. Truman National Historic Site, and the Midwest Genealogy Center.
