Mohammad al-Hussein

Mohammad al-Hussein (Arabic: محمد الحسين) is a Syrian economist and politician who is a member of the Ba'ath Party.

[1] Hussein started his career in the public sector and worked for a long time there.

[1][2] In addition, he served as the head of the party's committee of economic affairs.

In September 2003, he was appointed finance minister, replacing Mohammad al-Atrash.
