Mohsen Forouzan (Persian: محسن فروزان; born 3 May 1988) is an Iranian footballer who currently plays for Zob Ahan, as a goalkeeper.

In 2011 Forouzan signed with Tractor and played in the Asian Champions League for the first time in his career.

After Mehdi Rahmati joined Esteghlal in the summer of 2015, Forouzan decided to leave the club and sign for newly promoted Siah Jamegan.

He was called into Iran's 2015 AFC Asian Cup squad on 30 December 2014 by Carlos Queiroz.
