Mompha ochraceella is a moth of the family Momphidae found in Africa, Asia and Europe.

Forewings are yellow, suffusedly and irregularly irrorated with pale ferruginous; three darker scale-tufts above dorsum.

In the east, the range extends to the Caucasus and Iran.
