Moin Khan is a major general of Bangladesh Army and incumbent General Officer Commanding of the 9th Infantry Division and area commander of Savar Area.

He was also the former Director of Inspection & Technical Development at Army Headquarters as brigadier general.

Moin was commissioned in Bangladesh Army on 22 June 1990 with 22nd BMA Long Course.

[4] Earlier that, he was Minister (Consular) at Bangladesh High commission, London, UK and director (Border) of the National Security Intelligence.

[5] He is the current Colonel Commandant of Remount Veterinary and Farm Corps.
