Muscoda is a town in Grant County, Wisconsin, United States.

The Village of Muscoda is located partially within the town.

At the 2000 United States census there were 674 people, 251 households, and 180 families living in the town.

There were 313 housing units at an average density of 9.3 per square mile (3.6/km2).
