Nadzeya Malasai (born (1990-12-14)14 December 1990) is a Belarusian volleyball player, playing as an outside-spiker.

[1] In the summer of 2015, Malasai moved to Greece and was transferred to Olympiacos Piraeus, where she remained until 2017.

In Summer 2018, when her contract with Olympiacos was over, she left Piraeus and transferred to Minczanka Minsk.

With the Belarusian team she won the silver medal of 2017–18 European CEV Cup.

Nadzeya Malasai is member of the Belarus women's national volleyball team.
