Naman Teran is a district of Karo Regency in North Sumatra, Indonesia.
It borders Deli Serdang Regency to the north, Langkat Regency to the northwest, Tiganderket district to the west and southwest, Payung to the south, Simpang Empat to the southeast, and Merdeka to the east.
It was split[1] from Simpang Empat, Karo Regency on 29 December 2006, along with Merdeka.
Its elevation is 700–1420 metres, and the area is 87.82 square kilometres.
