Siemens Medical, HSBC, Sony, AMD, and two Biotech Incubator Facilities are located in Phase II.

This Phase is home to one of the Asian Headquarters for Hewlett-Packard,[2] Yahoo,[3] the Microsoft Innovation Center,[4] Alcor Semiconductor,[5] TDK-Epcos,[6] Freescale Semiconductor, IBM,[7] Intel,[8] ASE (USI),[9] A10 Networks,[10] ,KKBOX ,NEC ,Philips ,Philips ,Titansoft and several other technology firms.

NKSP is highly regarded for the annual production it adds to the economy each year, the strength of the companies in its incubator centers, and the mixture of local and international clients.

It is estimated that with the inclusion of Phase III the Park's production will increase to approximately US$28 billion and employ over 28,000 technology workers.

[12] The Nari Typhoon brought flooding to large portions of Taipei City including the Nankang Software Park in 2001.

The Taipei City Government has built a large pumping station along the Jilong River to reduce the risk of flooding.
