Neal Dellocono

Dellocono accepted a football scholarship from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

As a sophomore, he became a regular starter at outside linebacker and led the team with 6 sacks (tied for fourth in school history).

As a senior, he was named the team's defensive MVP, while leading his squad with 9 sacks (tied school record) and 3 fumble recoveries.

Dellocono was selected by the Dallas Cowboys in the 11th round (297th overall) of the 1985 NFL draft.

He suffered an ankle injury in the second game of the preseason against the San Diego Chargers.
