According to the United States Census Bureau, Nedrow has a total area of 1.0 square mile (2.6 km2), all land.

There were 916 housing units at an average density of 939.4 per square mile (362.7/km2).

24.9% of all households were made up of individuals, and 12.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

Most of the census-designated place is in the Onondaga Central School District.
