35.0% of all households were made up of individuals, and 5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

28.6% of all households were made up of individuals, and 11.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

There were 9.5% of families and 6.6% of the population living below the poverty line, including no under eighteens and none of those over 64.

Public education for the village is administered by the Holgate Local School District.
