New Town Secondary School (NTSS) (simplified Chinese: 光伟中学; pinyin: Guāngiěi Zhōngxué) is a co-educational government secondary school located along Dover Road in Queenstown, Singapore.

[1] Founding Prime Minister Mr Lee Kuan Yew visited the school on 25 May 1967.

[4] New Town Secondary School was officially opened on 17 September 1966 by Labour Minister Jek Yeun Thong.

A tree was removed and shifted to the new Dover Road campus as part of the symbolic move.

If the interview is successful, they are able to become a Probationary Student Councillor or a Peer Support Leader where they are closely monitored for 6 to 12 months to see if they are fit to be in such position.
