Nickoletta "Nikki" Flannery (born 22 February 1999) is an Australian football player, who plays for A-League Women club Melbourne Victory.

She has previously played for A-League Women clubs Canberra United and Newcastle Jets.

In September 2015, Flannery joined Canberra United ahead of the 2015–16 W-League season.
