Nighat Orakzai

Nighat Orakzai (Urdu: نگہت اورکزئی; born 17 July 1962) is a Pakistani politician who had been a Member of the Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from 2002 till January 2023.

[1] She has a master's degree in Urdu and Islamic Studies[1] and worked in the Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission, TCS Courier, and National Bank of Oman.

[1][2] Orakzai was re-elected to the Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as a candidate of PML-Q on a reserved seat for women in 2008 Pakistani general election.

[6] She was re-elected to the Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as a candidate of PPP on a reserved seat for women in 2013 Pakistani general election.
