The township contains these six cemeteries: Campground, Garrett, Oak Grove Church, Saint Josephs, Union Chapel and Zion.

As of the 2020 census[1] there were 433 people, 127 households, and 82 families residing in the township.

There were 183 housing units at an average density of 4.99 per square mile (1.93/km2).

31.50% of all households were made up of individuals, and 11.80% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
