The bell tower was completed in 1795 and was built by Mats Åkergren.
[1][2][3] In 1776 King Gustav III ordered the churches to be built of stone.
[4] In the repair of the 1990s, the church benches were designed to be more comfortable to sit on, although they are otherwise original.
The front seats are now portable as well as the altar bracket, making it easier to organize music and choir events in the church.
The benchmark has been cut, the church was originally occupied by the then Nurmijärvi settlement population, about one thousand people.
