Oak Park is a census-designated place (CDP) in Clark County, Indiana, United States.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 2.2 square miles (5.7 km2), of which 2.2 square miles (5.7 km2) is land and 0.45% is water.

As of the census[2] of 2000, there were 5,379 people, 2,081 households, and 1,569 families residing in the CDP.

There were 2,186 housing units at an average density of 978.5 per square mile (377.8/km2).

20.4% of all households were made up of individuals, and 7.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
