Ocean Grove is a census-designated place (CDP) in the town of Swansea in Bristol County, Massachusetts, United States, on the north shore of Mount Hope Bay near the Cole River.

At the 2010 census,[6] there were 3,098 people, 1,234 households and 856 families residing in the CDP.

There were 1,303 housing units at an average density of 750.9/km2 (1,945/sq mi).

There were 1,234 households, of which 27.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 53.8% were married couples living together, 10.5% had a female householder with no husband present, and 30.6% were non-families.

26.5% of all households were made up of individuals, and 10.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
