The Octagon[1][2] is a 155 m (509 ft) tall, 49-storey residential skyscraper under construction in Birmingham, England.
The building is part of the Paradise redevelopment scheme in the city centre and is designed by Glenn Howells Architects.
[3] Due to its unique design, the Octagon is envisaged by its developers as becoming a landmark building for the city.
The planning application for the Octagon was submitted to Birmingham City Council in October 2020.
[5] A Section 106 agreement between the Council, Paradise Circus Limited Partnership and Britel Fund Trustees was signed in August 2021.
