OTR works across Bristol and South Gloucestershire and is free at every point of access.

Founded in November 1965, Off The Record (Bristol) is one of the oldest established young people's mental health services in the country.

[5] In 2013, the charity received a cash prize for winning the Miss Millies Good Neighbour Award in Bristol.

[6] In May 2017, OTR was recognised at the Charity Governance Awards in the 'Managing Turnaround' category, due to the organisation's growth since 2009–10.
