In 1993, after serving in the army, he worked for half a year as a carpenter-concreter of the 2nd category at the SU Barnaul thermal power station.

In 2003, he full-time postgraduate study of the Department of Public Administration and personnel policy of the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation, where he defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of sociological sciences on the subject “State and small business: interaction in the formation of personnel potential (sociological analysis)”.

[1] Since 2012, he has been working in the council of the federal network operator in the field of navigation activities of GLONASS NP.

In 2018, he worked in the second stream of preparation of the presidential personnel reserve on the basis of the Higher School of Public Administration of the RANEPA.

As of September 2013, Danila studied at the 2nd year of economics at the Moscow State University, while Yaroslava attended school in 5th grade.
