Olivier Jardé

Olivier Jardé (born 28 March 1953 in Courbevoie, Hauts-de-Seine) is a French politician who was a member of the National Assembly of France.

Jardé studied at Université de Picardie Jules Verne in Amiens, France.

Jardé first entered politics in 1989 as mayor of Remiencourt, a small town near Amiens with 170 inhabitants.

He then replaced Gilles de Robien in the National Assembly during his ministerial career when he was Minister of Transport, Tourism and the Sea, then Minister of National Education.
