Onthophagus dama

Onthophagus dama is a species of dung beetle found in Nepal, Bhutan, India, and Sri Lanka.

[1][2] This oval, compact and less convex species has an average length of about 8.5 to 11 mm.

While its ventrum, head, and pronotum are shiny, the elytra are without shine.

In males, the clypeus are feebly punctured, and vertex bears a pair of horns.

They inhabited in tropical dry forest and agricultural habitats.
