In 2007 the company was based in San Diego, California, with an office in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

David J. Ehrlich was chief executive, and Bruce Scott, vice president of engineering.

ParAccel implements compiled queries, and a proprietary interconnect protocol for inter-node communications.
