Parksville is a town in McCormick County, South Carolina, United States.

The racial makeup of the town was 88.33% White, 9.17% African American, 0.83% Pacific Islander, 1.67% from other races.

There were no families and 2.5% of the population living below the poverty line, including no under eighteens and none of those over 64.
