Patricia Selma Villegas García (born 1969) is a lawyer and diplomat from the Dominican Republic.

Her father, Victor Villegas is an award winning poet laureate as well as a decorated lawyer.

Villegas is the youngest of the 9 children.Her paternal great-grandfather Faustino de Soto was Senator for El Seibo Province in the 19th century.
