He is currently playing with Alannah Myles and Ellis Meek and performing locally in Toronto.

Brennan was a founding member of the Vancouver band Odds in 1987; the same musicians also performed cover tunes locally under the name Dawn Patrol.

[12] He was the drummer for Doucet's 2004 album Outlaws[13][14] In 2018 Brennan continues to perform locally in Toronto with the band The Two Fours[15] and hosts an open mic at the Relish Bar and Grill.
