Paulette R. Dillard is an American academic administrator and medical technologist.
[2] Dillard began her career at International Clinical Laboratories in Nashville, Tennessee.
[1] She held leadership positions at GlaxoSmithKline, Quest Diagnostics, and the Center for Cancer Research and Therapeutic Development at Clark Atlanta University.
Dillard served as vice president for academic affairs and dean of the college of arts and sciences at Shaw University.
[2] In addition to her presidential duties at Shaw, Dr. Dillard serves in both the Carolina Small Business Development Fund (CSBDF) and the Dorothea Dix Conversancy as a member of their boards.
