Paulo de Almeida Coelho, ComIH[1][2] is a Paralympic track and field athlete from Portugal competing mainly in category T11 track running events.
He also competed at the 1996 Summer Paralympics in Atlanta, a gold medal in the men's 100 metres T13 event, a gold medal in the men's 5000 metres T10 event, a silver medal in the men's 5000 metres T10 event and finished sixteenth in the men's 10000 metres T10 event.
He also competed at the 2000 Summer Paralympics in Sydney, Australia, and a gold medal in the men's 1500 metres T11 event.
