The blackhand sole (Pegusa nasuta) is a fish species in the family Soleidae, common in the Mediterranean Sea, the Black Sea, and the Sea of Azov.

[2] Therefore, it is sometimes mistakenly mentioned for the Black Sea fauna as Pegusa lascaris.
