Peponidium is a genus of flowering plants in the family Rubiaceae.

The genus is endemic to Madagascar, except for Peponidium ovato-oblongum and Peponidium venulosum that are found on the Comoros, and Peponidium carinatum and Peponidium celastroides that are found on the Seychelles.
