Peregian Beach hosts regular local events such as the Sunshine Coast's Live Music Sessions, market days and seasonal festivals.
The Shire of Noosa operates a weekly mobile library service located on Woodland Drive.
Routes 620 and 630 serve the town for bus services connecting Noosa Junction and Maroochydore.
