Peter Reekers (born 2 June 1981) is a Dutch professional football coach and former player who serves as the assistant manager of Heracles Almelo.

[4] A year later, in August 2020, Reekers extended his contract with the KNVB up to and including the final round of the 2021 European Championship.

[5] Reekers left his positions at both Heraclas and the national team at the end of the 2020-21 season.

[6][7] In June 2021, he was appointed assistant coach of SC Heerenveen.

[8] In July 2023, he returned to Heracles Almelo as an assistant coach under manager John Lammers.
