Philip Finkie Molefe (March 30, 1928 - August 1, 2020) was a South African religious leader involved with the Pentecostal movement.
As a child, Molefe displayed an unusual spiritual curiosity, often stopping to pray or preach to trees on his way to school.
Despite his early inclination toward spirituality, he became a criminal during his youth and was known by the street name “Iron Claw” as a gang leader in Marabastad.
The movement expanded across South Africa, with Molefe and Bengu conducting crusades characterized by spiritual fervor and reports of miracles.
His ministry reached neighboring countries, including Botswana and Lesotho, and he preached internationally in the United States and Europe.
