Phipps Waldo Lake (May 1, 1789 – August 17, 1860) was an American politician and Baptist clergyman.
Lake was a minister in the Free Will Baptist Church and preached in Cortland and Montgomery Counties, New York.
In 1839, Lake moved to Big Foot, Wisconsin Territory in the town of Walworth.
In 1854, Lake served in the Wisconsin State Assembly as a Whig and later joined the Republican Party.
