National Capital Treatment & Recovery (formerly known as Phoenix Houses of the Mid-Atlantic and before that as Vanguard Services Unlimited) serves individuals struggling with substance abuse in Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
