Połoń [ˈpɔwɔɲ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Jednorożec, within Przasnysz County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland.
The first evidence of the existence of the settlement now known as Połoń is recorded in historical documents dated 1526.
In 1605 the village was operated under lease, with the villagers paying rent, and, in 1633 the lease was held by Jan Kazimierz Krasiński.
After World War I, in 1921, Połoń recorded that it contained 71 homes and 417 inhabitants, including two Jews.
