Podhom (pronounced [ˈpoːtxɔm]) is a settlement in the Municipality of Gorje in the Upper Carniola region of Slovenia.

In addition to the main settlement, it also consists of the hamlets of Spodnji Graben, Gabrce, Vintgar, and Vršce to the west.
