Polina Horodnycha (Ukrainian: Поліна Городнича; born 2005 in Odesa Oblast) is a Ukrainian female rhythmic gymnast.

She is the 2023 European Championships silver medalist in the team classification.

[2] In December 2021, Horodnycha received the title of Candidate for Master of Sport.

Horodnycha competed at the 2022 Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships in Sofia, Bulgaria, where she finished 19th in the ribbon qualification.
