Waiting) is a 1993 Indian Hindi-language drama film, produced by S. Ramanathan and directed by Lawrence D'Souza.

It stars Jeetendra, Moushumi Chatterjee, Govinda, and Shilpa Shirodkar with music composed by Rajesh Roshan.
