All other previous cast including the Vardhans quit the show due to leap but Sriram Venkat, HK Varsha and Ramjagan were retained.

Kalyan Reddy and Divya were cast to essay the roles of Abhay Vardhan and Aakanksha Vardhan respectively while Naveen Komma was cast to play the main antagonist, Rakesh (Jalandhar's son).
