Prerna Arora is an Indian film producer and director and the daughter of Virender Arora who was the co-founder of the KriArj Entertainment.

[2] In 2018, Arora was booked for money laundering and arrested by Economic Offences Wing of Mumbai Police for allegedly cheating producer Vashu Bhagnani of ₹31.6 crore (US$3.7 million) In July 2022, She was booked for money laundering by Enforcement Directorate of ₹31 crore (US$3.6 million).
