Princeville is a village in Peoria County, Illinois, United States.

It is part of the Peoria, Illinois Metropolitan Statistical Area.

According to the 2010 census, Princeville has a total area of 1.66 square miles (4.30 km2), all land.

28.2% of all households were made up of individuals, and 13.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
