Named by Fortune (magazine) as one of the “50 Most Powerful Latinas,”[4] she oversaw the creation of Enterprise's Equitable Path Forward in 2020, a five-year $3.5 billion racial equity initiative, designed to invest in affordable housing providers of color across the country.
[6] Before joining Enterprise, Almodovar was a managing director at JPMorgan Chase,[7] overseeing two of the company’s national real estate businesses.
[10] During her tenure, she spearheaded the negotiation of maintaining affordability at Starrett City in Brooklyn, NY, one of the largest and most economically- and racially-mixed housing complexes in the country.
