Prismatomeris fragrans is a species of tree in the Rubiaceae family.

The subspecies Prismatomeris fragrans subsp.

There is are two accepted subspecies, the autonym Prismatomeris fragrans subsp.

Countries and regions in which it grows are: Vietnam; Laos; Thailand; and the Andaman Islands, India.
