ProInversion is a Peruvian government agency that promotes private investment into Peru.
ProInversion's mission is to promote foreign and domestic private investment, in order to boost Peru's competitiveness and its sustainable development and to improve the well-being of the population.
21501 created the National Commission for Foreign Investments and Technologies (CONITE).
In 1991, during the government of Alberto Fujimori, the Commission for the Promotion of Private Investment (COPRI) was created with the objective of promoting private investment in companies.
It is involved in infrastructure projects such as for road and rail developments.
