Prosiměřice (German: Prossmeritz) is a market town in Znojmo District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The market town is situated on the right bank of the Jevišovka River.
In 1540, Prosiměřice was promoted to a market town by Emperor Ferdinand I.
The main landmark of Prosiměřice is the Church of Saint Giles.
It was built in the early Gothic style in the second half of the 13th century.
